    Office Administrator



    We are in search of an Office Administrator to become part of our dynamic team in the insurance industry, based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will be tasked with various administrative duties, including managing office inventory, scheduling conference rooms, and liaising with the property manager and vendors.



    Responsibilities:


    • Answer and direct phone calls


    • Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail


    • Manage access cards for the building and the office suite


    • Act as the primary contact between the property manager and vendors


    • Keep track of office inventory and restock supplies when necessary


    • Schedule conference rooms to prevent conflicts


    • Welcome and assist incoming visitors


    • Process expense reports for the office president


    • Ensure the availability of coffee in the office


    • Handle additional tasks as needed

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role


    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service


    • Experience with calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management


    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal


    • Previous experience with receptionist duties, maintaining a detail oriented and welcoming environment


    • Familiarity with ordering office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized


    • Experience with mail distribution, ensuring all correspondence is correctly sorted and delivered promptly
