    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of trust.
    • Coordinate and manage special projects as needed, ensuring timely and successful completion.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Maintain office supplies and organize logistics for team meetings, events, and conferences.
    • Assist with personal tasks for executives, as needed.
    • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the leadership team.


    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior management.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other productivity tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of executives.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
