Robert Half has an immediate employment opportunity for a Legal Office Clerk. The Legal Office Clerk will be responsible for, data entry, opening of new case files, file extraction (separating pertinent documents from e-folders and saving to shared drives) scanning and processing legal documents and incoming mail (open, sorting correlating and synthetizing), disseminating files to the appropriate departments, and assisting in the creation of trial notebooks, upon request. This is an excellent opportunity for sharp customer service professionals seeking a foundational opportunity within the legal industry and a chance to work in an office setting. The ideal legal candidate will have above average attention to detail, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and general technology.

Pay: $19-$22 (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours a week (schedule will be set as 8am-5pm or 7:30am-4:30pm after the training period).

• Experience in filing and organizing documents, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Knowledge of numeric filing systems, with the ability to file documents accurately under specific numerical categories.
• Proficiency in paper filing, ensuring all physical documents are stored safely and systematically.
• Skills in digital printing, with the ability to handle various office printing tasks.
• Experience in scanning documents, converting physical copies into digital format for easy access and storage.
