Responsibilities:
• Handle dispatch responsibilities during the 3rd shift, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries
• Maintain an accurate record of all logistics and distribution details, facilitating efficient data management
• Engage with freight carriers, coordinating shipping and receiving processes to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Efficiently process customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective customer service
• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary
• Be adaptable to flexible overtime on weekends, ensuring uninterrupted logistics operations.
• Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
• Solid understanding and experience in the logistics industry
• Exceptional customer service skills, preferably with call center experience
• Familiarity with various freight carriers and their operations
• Comprehensive knowledge in logistics and distribution processes
