The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- De-escalate and defuse situations professionally and efficiently
- Utilize Excel to track orders, update records, and generate reports
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
