Tyler Houk (Practice Director) with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager in Fresno, California. This role involves deep diving into financial complexities and providing valuable insights to support the team. As a Finance Manager, you will actively engage with various teams to understand operational dynamics and drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP& A) activities.
• Coordinate with plant and procurement teams for pricing related activities, requiring heavy collaboration across all functions.
• Manage financial reporting including month-end financial reports (P& L, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements) and provide analysis and commentary.
• Prepare financial PowerPoint presentations for CFO and other leaders.
• Handle budgeting and reforecasting on an as-required basis.
• Manage all sales reporting: monthly, daily, ad-hoc, KPI’s, BI reports.
• Oversee all open items and status of any open deals.
• Conduct post month review of sales results with the sales team.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Support on other ad hoc requests to CFO and CSO.
• Must hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in financial management or related roles.
• Proficient in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).
• Demonstrated skills in Pricing Analysis.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
