    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting a variety of legal documents pertinent to litigation cases.

    • Assisting in managing case load from inception to trial preparation.

    • Handling discovery requests and responses.

    • Maintaining and managing attorneys' schedules and calendars.

    • Maintaining communication with clients effectively and efficiently.

    • Reviewing and summarizing depositions.

    • Preparing witness and expert files for depositions as well as witness and exhibit lists as required.

    • Utilizing case management software for efficient processing and tracking of litigation cases.

    • Organizing, analyzing, and drafting legal documents.

    • Managing, organizing, and indexing high-volume document production.

    • Reporting project status to attorneys promptly and effectively.

    • Performing billing functions using appropriate billing software.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal and Legal Assisatnt

    • Proficiency in Case Management Software

    • Experience with Billing Functions in a legal environment

    • Ability to manage calendars effectively

    • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Experience in Commercial Litigation and general Litigation

    • Ability to draft Legal Documents accurately and efficiently

    • Familiarity with e-File and e-Filing systems

    • Proficiency in Time & Billing

    • Experience with Billing Software for Attorneys

    • Knowledge of Discovery and e-Discovery procedures

    • Trial Experience is a must

    • Experience in Deposition Summary

    • Familiarity with Calendaring systems, specifically ProLaw - Calendaring
