    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry in Northern Kentucky. You will be accountable for managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and performing administrative tasks.


    Responsibilities:


    • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to meet customer expectations and deadlines

    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, resolving their issues and providing them with product and service information

    • Process customer orders, including quoting, entering orders into ERP systems, confirming delivery schedules, and tracking shipments

    • Enhance client relationships and grow customer accounts by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

    • Ensure accuracy and currentness of client records by managing them using CRM or ERP software

    • Address client satisfaction issues promptly to ensure retention and provide internal teams with insights about customer feedback to improve operations and client service delivery

    • Prepare necessary documentation, such as reports, invoices, purchase orders

    • Handle account setup and billing functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

    • Leverage computer programs and Microsoft Office Suites for efficient task management

    • Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data management and analysis.

    • Proficiency with computer programs is an essential requirement for this role.
    • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is needed.
    • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is a must.
    • Capability to handle and efficiently answer inbound calls is required.
    • Knowledge of billing functions is necessary.
    • Ability to manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Proficient in order entry and processing.
    • Experience with account setup and maintenance.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Word and PowerPoint.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required for data management and analysis.
