We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the Healthcare Industry, based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This role focuses on full cycle accounting, budgeting and forecasting, with an emphasis on supporting company growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the full cycle accounting process
• Participate in investor calls and manage investment relations
• Maintain quality of earnings and financial metrics
• Utilize Greenway and QuickBooks for various financial operations
• Handle the controllership duties in an efficient manner
• Monitor and manage cash flow within the organization
• Execute budgeting and forecasting activities to support company growth
• Carry out financial audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
• Engage in healthcare industry-specific financial practices.

• Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Full Cycle Accounting is mandatory
• Must have experience in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Audit and Financial procedures
• Experience in using Greenway software
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
• Prior experience in Controllership is essential
