Major responsibilities
- Conduct and manage the general ledger
- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Support quality archived records by filing documents
- Settle accounts by reconciling entries
- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
- Review payments received and record deposits
- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience required
- Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal
- Deep understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account/bank reconciliation
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding data entry skills
