How you will make an impact
- Maintain payroll information by contacting employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals
- Generate and run custom reports
- Train and instruct employees in the proper use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access to pay statements, etc.
- Make reports easily accessible by administering/saving them as instructed
- Fulfill other duties as assigned
- Assist in office efficiency by carrying out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.
- Arrange data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
