    Qualifications:

    • 2–3 years of full-cycle payroll experience (non-profit experience is a plus!).
    • Proficient in payroll software systems, such as ADP, Netsuite, or similar platforms.
    • Solid grasp of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong attention to detail alongside excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with PERS or similar public retirement systems is highly preferred.
    • Outstanding communication and customer service capabilities.
