Responsibilities:

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to solve problems and advance business initiatives
• Support the improvement of business processes by identifying and recommending changes
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data analysis and reporting
• Actively contribute to meetings, providing valuable insights and listening attentively
• Maintain organized and detailed documentation of business processes and recommendations
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives
• Assist in the accurate and comprehensive gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders

Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Experience with Business Requirement Document creation and maintenance

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format complex documents.
• Understanding of business process functions, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents, ensuring they accurately reflect the needs and goals of the business.
