A client of ours is seeking a professional, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO. This position is ideal for a proactive multitasker with exceptional communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams or external partners.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide briefings on key topics for the CEO’s initiatives.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating board meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality regarding all sensitive company and executive matters.
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned to support the CEO’s priorities.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to senior executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
