The selected candidate will be based on-site and will be responsible for organizing and dispatching deliveries of ready-mix concrete, ensuring precise scheduling, and maintaining effective communication amongst drivers, the plant, and customers.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and dispatching ready-mix concrete deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Managing and scheduling drivers’ assignments and routes.
• Regularly adjusting dispatch schedules as per the requirements.
• Processing customer orders, addressing their inquiries, and handling any cancellations.
• Ensuring effective and clear communication between the plant, drivers, and customers for smooth operations.
• Upholding a high level of customer service and ensuring punctual deliveries.
• Utilizing CRM for tracking and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Answering inbound calls and providing necessary information to customers.
• Using Microsoft Excel for scheduling and logistics management.
• Ensuring inbound shipments are dispatched and delivered as per the schedule.
