We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team in Edina, Minnesota. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer records, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties in an efficient manner. This role will be based in our Edina office.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution
• Oversee the data entry process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage and maintain precise customer credit records
• Supervise invoice processing to ensure all transactions are completed correctly
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on customer account activities
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Act as a point of contact for all office-related matters
• Ensure the smooth running of office operations by effectively managing administrative tasks.
• Applicant must possess strong data entry skills, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.
• Previous experience in invoice processing is required, showcasing the ability to manage financial records effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use complex formulas, and generate reports.
• Excellent organizational skills are necessary, with a proven ability to manage office logistics and operations.
• Strong communication skills are needed, both written and verbal, to interact with different stakeholders.
