    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making.
    • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
    • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite level executives
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
