We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Mfg Operations Analyst 4 in Duvall, Washington. The role involves a comprehensive range of duties related to operational analysis in a non-managerial capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the integration of strategies for operational excellence and component operations, including training development, effectiveness measures, and technology insertion.
• Work across different functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Utilize data to drive strategies and decisions that affect system-level performance for operations teams.
• Lead the creation of training content to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Monitor and assess training programs for maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.
• Document all project aspects, implementation plans, and progress reports.
• Establish a monitoring and evaluation framework, using key performance indicators and metrics to measure operational impact.
• Regularly share reports with stakeholders to provide updates on program progress.
• Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to plans and processes.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines outlined in the general travel and business expense policy.
This role may require some travel, and candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. Please note that successful completion of training is a prerequisite for this assignment.
• Extensive experience in Documentation and Reporting is essential.
• Proven ability in Training and Operations is required.
• Sound knowledge of Policy and Planning Processes is necessary.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Review and Assurance.
• Excellent Leadership Skills are vital.
• Familiarity with managing Websites and tracking Progress.
• Proficiency in Implementation and Expense Reporting.
• Willingness to Travel as required by the job.
• Experience in Metric Reporting and Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to use Monitoring Tools effectively.
• A strong record of Attendance is desirable.
• Experience working with Suppliers and KPI Reporting.
• Ability to make necessary Adjustments in operations.
• Knowledge of SAN - Storage Area Network is beneficial.
• Understanding of Frameworks related to manufacturing operations.
• Experience handling Expense Accounts.
• Ability to devise and implement Corrective Action plans.
