We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Project/Program Manager Associate. This role is in the healthcare industry and requires the candidate to work remotely, in approved states only. You will be responsible for managing various projects, improving business processes, and supporting the intended goals/objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize project management methodologies to plan, track progress, and communicate project status effectively.
• Recommend and implement effective business process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze, document, and report program performance results across the organization.
• Ensure a cooperative effort across the organization on all tasks, issues, and projects, managing and resolving conflicts as needed.
• Implement program and process changes as needed to support the intended goals/objectives.
• Propose a variety of solutions to business issues/problems utilizing appropriate analysis tools, such as Cost/Benefit Analysis, Flowcharting, etc.
• Assist upper-level management on special assignments such as budgets, operating plans, and financial cost forecasts to support the objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of the projects on a daily basis with regard to timeframes, budget requirements, and quality.
Education requirements:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required
HS diploma/GED
Experience:
3 years of related experience
