About the Role

The Inventory Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations at Dubuque Works. From working alongside inventory professionals to using advanced systems like SAP, you'll gain hands-on experience and contribute to significant decision-making processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Print and manage inventory cycle counts.
• Collaborate with wage inventory counters.
• Enter and analyze data in SAP, ensuring accuracy in the system.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Verify inventory data directly on the warehouse/manufacturing floor (approximately 50% of your time).

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (40 hours weekly), with occasional overtime (0–5 hours per week).
• Equipment Requirement: Metatarsal boots are required for working on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• System Savviness: SAP proficiency strongly preferred (training available for candidates experienced in similar systems). Competence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Education & Experience: A degree is preferred but not required—we’re also open to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of inventory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience with root cause corrective action analysis is a must.
• Industry Know-How: Familiarity with manufacturing environments or administrative roles involving inventory, shipping/receiving, cycle counts, or data management will set you up for success.
