    We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. The role is within the financial services sector and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The specialist will leverage key skills in Accounting Software Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Cash Handling to ensure smooth operations in the accounts receivable area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to client inquiries efficiently and effectively leveraging CRM
    • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to process customer credit applications
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
    • Handle cash activities and applications while maintaining accuracy
    • Conduct B2B collections as required, adhering to set standards and protocols
    • Monitor customer accounts and engage in appropriate action when necessary
    • Use Epic Software for various accounting functions
    • Oversee billing functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Employ ADP - Financial Services for various accounts receivable tasks
    • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective resource management.
    • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
    • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
    • Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
    • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
    • Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently
    • Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Competency in executing Billing Functions
    • Ability to manage Cash Activity accurately
    • Experience in Cash Handling
