    We are offering a long-term contract hybrid in Dublin, California, for a Marketing Coordinator.


    Responsibilities:


    - Campaign Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising .

    - Content Development: Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and blog articles.

    - Client Support: Provide support to account managers by preparing presentations, updating client reports, and communicating updates in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.

    - Administrative Tasks: Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, preparing agendas for client meetings, and organizing project timelines.

    -1-2 years of experience in marketing (or relevant internships), preferably in an agency or CPG/retail environment.

    -Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media scheduling software, and email marketing platforms.

    -Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    -Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
