    We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Detroit, Michigan. The selected candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our company, including managing communication flows, visitor relations, and maintaining company records.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitating effective communication among meeting participants to ensure inclusivity.
    • Welcoming and directing visitors within the organization.
    • Handling the company's incoming calls and emails.
    • Keeping track of office supplies and ordering replacements as required.
    • Updating and maintaining accurate company records.
    • Assisting with the coordination of office activities.
    • Performing various clerical duties as needed.
    • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
    • High School degree; additional qualification in an administrative role or as a secretary will be a plus.
