The organization is investing heavily in modernizing its ERP and enterprise systems to support growth, acquisitions, and operational scalability—creating a rare opportunity to shape how technology enables the business.</p><p>You’ll own the ERP‑centric application landscape end‑to‑end, leading strategy while staying close to execution. This role is ideal for someone who has lived through <strong>plant operations, inventory complexity, process standardization, and post‑acquisition ERP reality</strong>—and knows how to make systems work in the real world.</p><p> <strong>What you’ll be responsible for</strong></p><ul><li>Own and evolve the enterprise applications ecosystem, with ERP at the core</li><li>Define and execute an ERP and applications roadmap aligned to manufacturing and operational strategy</li><li>Lead hands‑on ERP configuration, enhancements, and support across:</li><li>Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay</li><li>Inventory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Operations</li><li>Lead ERP modernization initiatives, including cloud ERP and platform upgrades</li><li>Own enterprise applications workstreams for acquisitions:</li><li>ERP migrations, consolidations, and system rationalization</li><li>Process alignment across plants, regions, and acquired entities</li></ul><p>Ideal Background</p><ul><li>Senior ERP leadership experience in <strong>manufacturing, distribution, or supply‑chain‑driven environments</strong></li><li>Deep hands‑on knowledge across core ERP domains (O2C, P2P, inventory, warehouse, finance)</li><li>Proven success leading <strong>ERP consolidations and post‑merger integrations</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory flows, and operational dependencies</li><li>Experience integrating ERP platforms with ecommerce, SaaS, and planning systems</li><li>Working knowledge of EDI/B2B, APIs, middleware, or iPaaS solutions</li><li>Familiarity with K8, Navigator, or SPS Commerce ecosystems is helpful but not required</li></ul><p> <strong>Why manufacturing leaders are excited about this role</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote with strong executive sponsorship</li><li>Strong influence over ERP direction, standards, and modernization</li><li>Front‑row seat to acquisition integration and enterprise transformation</li><li>Opportunity to bring order and scalability to complex manufacturing systems</li><li>Clear runway for growth as technology becomes more centralized and strategic</li></ul>
