Our premier Des Moines, IA client has an immediate opening for an AI Director to lead the integration of AI and automation in operations, enhancing efficiency, collaboration, and business growth.


    In this leadership role, you will collaborate across departments to identify, develop, and implement tailored AI-driven solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking across the organization.


    This position will focus on advancing AI and innovation strategies, such as:

    • Identifying opportunities for increased collaboration across departments and team initiatives.
    • Optimizing operations and decision-making through data-driven tools and AI solutions.
    • Leveraging AI-driven automation to improve processes and efficiency.
    • Driving measurable improvements in operations, services, and growth outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership & Innovation:

    • Develop and implement a strategic AI and innovation roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with various leaders to identify opportunities for implementing AI to improve operations and customer experiences.
    • Monitor and assess emerging AI trends that could positively impact organizational goals.
    • Foster innovation and collaboration across teams and departments.

    AI & Technology Implementation:

    • Oversee the deployment of AI technologies, including predictive analytics, automation tools, and machine learning models.
    • Build systems and tools that improve collaboration and communication across projects and teams.
    • Work with internal technical teams and external partners to align AI-driven projects with operational needs and infrastructure.
    • Uphold ethical AI standards and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
    • Provide AI training and resources to empower team members with essential digital skills.
    • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the smooth adoption of AI-centric processes.
    • Regularly monitor the performance and outcomes of AI solutions, refining systems for optimal impact.

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or digital transformation roles.
    • Solid understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and software development.
    • Expertise in strategic thinking and problem-solving with a focus on creating ROI-driven solutions.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
