Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Innovation:
- Develop and implement a strategic AI and innovation roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with various leaders to identify opportunities for implementing AI to improve operations and customer experiences.
- Monitor and assess emerging AI trends that could positively impact organizational goals.
- Foster innovation and collaboration across teams and departments.
AI & Technology Implementation:
- Oversee the deployment of AI technologies, including predictive analytics, automation tools, and machine learning models.
- Build systems and tools that improve collaboration and communication across projects and teams.
- Work with internal technical teams and external partners to align AI-driven projects with operational needs and infrastructure.
- Uphold ethical AI standards and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide AI training and resources to empower team members with essential digital skills.
- Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the smooth adoption of AI-centric processes.
- Regularly monitor the performance and outcomes of AI solutions, refining systems for optimal impact.
