We are in search of a skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team based in Denver, Colorado, United States. As a Graphic Designer, your primary role will be to effectively translate creative concepts into compelling design, manage materials production for campaigns, and support the overall agency marketing efforts. Responsibilities
• Generate creative design for owned, paid, and social media channels, including but not limited to presentations, posters, brochures, ads, and reports in both digital and print formats.
• Collaborate effectively with the creative and content team to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts.
• Participate in presenting work to both internal teams and clients, taking feedback into account in order to refine designs.
• Prepare final files based on provided specifications for both digital and print materials.
• Work closely with video production partners to contribute to the design and production of video assets.
• Proactively address any issues that arise within the creative and content team.
• Stay updated with new design tools, formats, and processes to continually innovate creative output.
• Assist in managing internal marketing projects.
• Oversee the cataloging and archiving of creative materials in line with agency operation procedures.
• Contribute to the development and execution of creative concepts through the design and development of collateral.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver
• Ability to use Adobe Flash effectively
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign
• Proven experience in creating Advertisements
• Capable of producing Artwork
• Experience in designing Banner Ads
• Understanding of Brand Awareness strategies
• Able to create Brochures
• Knowledge of HTML5
• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Proven track record in designing Websites
• Familiarity with Video Production
• Experience in running Social Media Campaigns
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Graphic Design
