    Robert Half has partnered with a well-established civil defense litigation firm, in Glendale, on the search for a 4+ years’ Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing team. Ideal candidates interested in this position should have 4+ years of civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, professional malpractice, and/or liability experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


    • Representing health care professionals and institutions in medical malpractice defense litigation
    • Conducting thorough case investigations and evaluations
    • Drafting and responding to legal pleadings and motions
    • Conducting and defending depositions on behalf of clients
    • Deposing witnesses, including medical experts
    • Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies
    • Participating in mediations and settlement agreements
    • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings
    • Preparing for and potentially trying cases to verdict
