We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Application Analyst in Denver, Colorado. As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for various tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role is within the Oil & Gas industry and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit.
• Provide high-level IT support with a focus on SQL.
• Troubleshoot Crystal reports and SSRS.
• Manage and maintain change control and SOX.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Utilize a range of skills including Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Dell Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.
• Continuously monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must.
• Solid experience with Citrix Technologies is required.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential.
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is a key requirement.
• Ability to work with Firewall Technologies is necessary.
• Proficiency in Active Directory is crucial.
• Experience with Backup Technologies is required.
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is essential.
• Experience with Configuration Management is highly desired.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are mandatory.
