Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer with experience in PowerShell scripting, Azure administration, and IT infrastructure management. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining various IT systems, ensuring seamless operations across hardware, software, and networking environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and replace laptops, PCs, and mobile devices.
- Perform hardware upgrades, software installations, remote imaging, and automated updates.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple iPad tablets and iPhones.
- Provide IT support across multiple levels (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support) for enterprise applications, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and deploy new workstations (desktops & laptops).
- Set up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Maintain knowledge of firewall basics, ISP outage troubleshooting, and vendor management.
- Manage inventory tracking and asset management.
- Troubleshoot VOIP/PBX telephony systems.
- Work with firewalls, switches, and access points (Meraki preferred).
- Understand and manage Static vs DHCP configurations and POE vs Non-POE networking setups.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Intermediate experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Azure experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, enterprise applications, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with firewalls, switches, and access points (Meraki preferred).
- Familiarity with inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
