    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the Telecom Services industry, located in Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States. As a Bookkeeper, your role will revolve around managing various financial and accounting duties to help maintain the financial stability of our operations.

    Responsibilities
    • Accurately and promptly process credit applications from customers.
    • Ensure customer credit records are kept up-to-date and accurate.
    • Actively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
    • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are verified and posted.
    • Assist in the preparation of various financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and management reports.
    • Conduct bank and investment-related reconciliations regularly.
    • Carry out monthly book closures and reconciliations.
    • Maintain budget spreadsheets and analyze actual performance against budget regularly.
    • Ensure all required reports are prepared accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
    • Perform data entry and other related duties as assigned by management.
    • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial data.
    • Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communication.
    • Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), encompassing invoice generation, payment tracking, and customer liaison.
    • Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations, verifying company records with bank statements to identify and rectify discrepancies.
    • Solid knowledge of Bookkeeping practices, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing financial reports.
    • Proficient in Data Entry, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, utilizing functions, formulas, and pivot tables for financial data analysis.
    • Experience in Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded within the accounting period.
    • Proficiency in managing Payroll, including wage calculation, tax withholdings, and pay distribution.
    • Expertise in using QuickBooks for financial management, including invoicing, bill payment, and financial report generation.
