Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of accounting staff members, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Executing the month-end close process with high accuracy and timeliness, in adherence with financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborating closely with company leadership to provide financial insights and assist in developing financial projections that align with growth objectives
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline accounting operations and enhance internal controls
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing detailed financial reporting to internal stakeholders for informed strategic decision-making
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as auditing and budget processes
• Utilizing accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and CRM for efficient accounting functions
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with Concur software is necessary.
• CRM proficiency is a key requirement.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing Accounting Functions.
• Extensive experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP).
• Proven track record in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Must have considerable experience in Auditing.
• Experience in Budget Processes is crucial.
