We are in search of a Controller to join our team in the property management industry based in Hauppauge, New York. The role involves supervising a team and overseeing all accounting and office related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Utilize CRM and Accounting Software Systems for the efficient management of financial data
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance
• Assist in managing the budget processes to ensure financial efficiency
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other finance-related tasks
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data and reports
• Lead and support the accounting team to ensure optimal performance
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them effectively and efficiently
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Auditing
• Understanding of Budget Processes
