    Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic marketing initiatives with partners to drive mutual growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful execution of joint marketing campaigns.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners to support collaborative marketing efforts.
    • Create Co-Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement joint marketing plans, focusing on demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Execute Campaigns: Plan and oversee co-branded campaigns, including content creation, webinars, events, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze and Report Performance: Track and measure the success of partner marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and co-marketing best practices.
    • Excellent project management and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools/platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation software).
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
