Remote after 3-weeks of onsite training in Fort Worth, TX
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Rep to join a collaborative and close-knit team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to receive hands-on training in a supportive environment before transitioning to a flexible work-from-home schedule. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and determine the type of assistance needed
- Provide first-call resolution by navigating internal systems and offering accurate information
- Document and track all inquiries and resolutions in the system
- Foster a positive relationship with callers through professional and courteous communication
- Collaborate with a 13-member team, including 2 leads, to ensure service excellence
- Assist teammates and contribute to a cooperative team environment
- Adapt to a schedule of back-to-back calls with minimal supervision
Job Requirements:
- Training: Must be able to attend on-site training for a minimum of 3 weeks in Fort Worth, TX 76102
- Work Hours: Training schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; post-training schedule is 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Experience:
- Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience navigating multiple computer systems to resolve customer issues
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Ability to document calls clearly and accurately
Soft Skills:
- Self-starter who can work independently after training
- Team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Other Requirements:
- Dress code: Business casual when in office (jeans and a nice shirt acceptable; no leggings)
