    We're seeking a Network Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role primarily involves managing network administration tasks, such as installing and configuring our network infrastructure, implementing maintenance processes for network stability and performance, and developing policies and procedures to ensure network integrity.

    Responsibilities:
    • Install and configure network infrastructure to meet organizational requirements.
    • Onboard network devices into monitoring and security platforms.
    • Develop, implement, and adhere to change management practices.
    • Conduct studies on system usage, make recommendations for improvements, and determine network system requirements.
    • Carry out tuning and capacity planning activities to optimize network resources.

    • Analyze and define disaster recovery responsibilities and procedures.

    • Define operational, technical, and support requirements for the location, installation, operation, and maintenance of the network and supporting technologies.
    • Support objectives in the design, planning, installation, maintenance, tuning, and documenting of secure network facilities.
    • Monitor and define the requirements of the overall security of the enterprise network.
    • Coordinate with staff and direct external contractors and vendors.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a network engineering role
    • Proficient in Cisco ASA and Cisco Routers
    • Strong knowledge of Configuration Management and Design
    • Familiarity with Firewall Technologies, including Cisco ASA Firewall and Palo Alto Firewall
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is required
    • Experience with Cisco ISE
    • Proficiency in working with Cisco Catalyst Switches
    • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
