We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Dallas, Texas. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting a wide range of legacy applications, moving into the testing phase of the Odessa migration, and taking on the ServiceNow configuration project.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and support various client legacy applications
• Contribute significantly to the testing phase of the Odessa migration from SAP
• Take on the ServiceNow configuration project, leveraging ServiceNow Development and Implementation skills
• Handle and optimize SQL related tasks, including writing simple queries to retrieve information, join tables in SQL, and interpret stored procedures to extract data
• Monitor and support the implementation of VOIP (RingCentral)
• Oversee the implementation of the IVR system
• Manage and maintain the Fresh Desk ticketing system
• Utilize the WMS by Datascan effectively
• Perform application configuration as required.

• Proficiency in Application Configuration is required for this role.
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of SQL.
• Demonstrable experience in Query Optimization is essential.
• Knowledge of SQL Stored Procedures is a prerequisite for this position.
• Candidates should be well-versed in Stored Procedures.
• Experience in ServiceNow Development is a requirement for this role.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Application is necessary for successful job performance.
• Candidates must have experience in ServiceNow Implementation.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform is a crucial requirement for this position.
