We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Construction/Engineering industry in Dallas, Texas. The position is for a Billing Analyst / Project Biller, who is highly organized and detail-oriented. As part of our team, you will be handling the processing of complex customer billing excluding medical, maintaining customer records accurately, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as required.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage complex customer billing processes
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of customer billing records
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on account status
• Work efficiently in a quiet work environment
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks and projects
• Solid understanding of billing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated experience as a Billing Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent numeracy skills and understanding of data privacy standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of billing software and electronic invoicing
• Familiarity with construction/contractor billing processes

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
