    We are seeking a Mandarin speaking Bookkeeper for a permanent employment opportunity in the education industry, located in Cupertino, California. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for administrative tasks within the office, while also ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications.


    Responsibilities:

    • Handle account reconciliations to ensure accurate record-keeping

    • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) effectively

    • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy

    • Oversee bookkeeping tasks to ensure all records are up to date

    • Perform data entry tasks for maintaining customer records

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks

    • Manage month-end close processes for accurate financial reporting

    • Administer payroll to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time

    • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting

    • Communicate effectively to cater to a diverse customer base.

    • Must be able to speak Mandarin.
    • Applicant must have experience in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
    • Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required, including managing invoices, expense reports and payment transactions.
    • Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, cash receipts, and customer financial management.
    • Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations is necessary, ensuring that the company's bank statements align with our internal financial records.
    • Proficient in general Bookkeeping duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Must possess strong Data Entry skills, ensuring all financial data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and perform data analysis.
    • Experience in Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial records are accurate and complete for the given month.
    • Must be familiar with Payroll processes, including processing payments, handling tax deductions, and maintaining employee financial records.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, including managing financial transactions, generating financial reports, and maintaining customer and vendor records.
