    We are offering a temporary to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst. Operating within the Healthcare industry, you will be working remotely, focusing on managing and supporting data systems and customized Salesforce applications. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity and operational functionality while providing technical and administrative support across the team.


    Responsibilities:


    • Handle system requests and address data inaccuracies to maintain operational functionality.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, product management, and field operations, to align with organizational goals.

    • Process and manage monthly files received from health plans and social agencies, ensuring accurate and timely uploads into the Salesforce system.

    • Address individual data requests, such as adding individuals to programs based on health plan referrals or social agency communications.

    • Perform data corrections as needed, ensuring alignment with health plan records to facilitate accurate payment processing.

    • Process time-sensitive disenrollment requests, reversals, and data adjustments with accuracy and urgency.

    • Maintain proper documentation and handle audit-related data issues.

    • Guide non-technical field staff through workflows and resolve system-related queries.

    • Participate in onboarding and mandatory HIPAA training.

    • Acquire expertise in customized Salesforce applications, electronic health records (EHRs), and Microsoft-based products.

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
    • Experience with Active Directory.
    • Familiarity with Apple devices and their operation.
    • Knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management.
    • Proven ability in Salesforce administration, working with Salesforce environments and platforms.
    • Ability to manage and work with claims data, compiling data, complex datasets, and complex databases.
    • Proficiency in computer data entry and experience with data analysis tools.
    • Experience with data asset management, data cleaning, and data cleansing.
    • Keen eye for identifying and correcting data errors.
    • Understanding of data movement and data privacy protocols.
    • Familiarity with EHR System and eHealth.
    • Experience working with health care databases and communicating with health care professionals.
    • Knowledge of telehealth systems and operations.
    • Microsoft Certification is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack.
