We are currently hiring a Director of Finance – ERP who is responsible for overseeing the financial systems and technical business processes related to the company’s Workday ERP platform. This role ensures the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and optimization of Workday Financials to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to enhance system capabilities and streamline financial processes.
- Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and integrations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Analyze and improve financial workflows, reporting, and automation within Workday.
- Manage stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new system features.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience with Workday Financials, ERP implementations, and process automation.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry.
• Demonstrable experience in managing Budget Processes.
• Expertise in Workday ERP is required.
• Familiarity with the Chart of Accounts is essential.
• Experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounts Payable and Payroll management is a necessity.
• Knowledge and experience with Business systems is a must.
