We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Los Angeles, California. This role is primarily remote, catering to the industry of accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently processing data entries
• Maintaining precise records of accounting data
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns
• Regularly reviewing and monitoring customer accounts
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Ensuring data input is accurate and up-to-date.
• Possession of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Clerk.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Data Entry.
• Proven skills in Loan Review.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for accounting and data analysis tasks.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle any accounting discrepancies.
