    We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager in the property management industry, located in Concord, California, 94520, United States. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with tenant inquiries, managing recertifications, and performing data entry tasks using Yardi software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to tenant inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
    • Assist in the management of low-income tax credit housing
    • Perform data entry and record maintenance using Yardi software
    • Manage the recertification process for tenants
    • Handle incoming phone calls and provide appropriate assistance or direction to callers.
    • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
    • Proven experience in property management or relevant role
    • Proficient in Yardi property management software
    • Strong knowledge of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH)
    • Proficient in data entry and management
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle multiple properties effectively
    • Understanding of real estate laws and regulations
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction
    • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Willingness to continue education in property management as required.
