Robert Half is hiring! We are in the process of recruiting a Business Systems Analyst for our team based in South Carolina. This role involves becoming an expert in our business applications, processes, and data relationships, as well as providing high-quality assurance and facilitating effective communication with partners.
Responsibilities:
• Develop expertise in our business applications, processes, data relationships, and integration.
• Establish yourself as a trusted expert partner for our internal Business Stakeholders.
• Define business analysis requirements and configuration specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance activities, including creation of user stories, test scripts, and system integration testing.
• Assist our business partners in conducting User Acceptance Testing.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with partners, working with them to optimize our solutions.
• Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes.
• Identify common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to our technology teams.
• Effectively communicate key insights and findings to our technology teams.
• Continually seek ways to improve our monitoring processes, discover issues, and deliver better value to our customers.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration is essential.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of business process and system development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize task and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
• Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Experience in business case development and cost/benefit analysis.
• Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and standards would be an added advantage.
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications required.
