    We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and developing strategies for marketing applications, managing vendor relationships, and supervising various teams. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the satisfaction of end users.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and recommendation of marketing application strategies in collaboration with senior management.
    • Supervise and mentor your staff, with a focus on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the organization, particularly Marketing, Fundraising, and Publishing.
    • Work with IT Senior Management to implement system database integrations.
    • Provide advanced troubleshooting for client issues, liaising with technical services as needed to resolve technical problems.
    • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the smooth operation of services.
    • Collaborate with analysts to design and implement effective training strategies.
    • Act as the application owner for the Productivity Management System, ensuring high volume marketing activity and client transparency.
    • Identify optimal design elements for productivity management by working with Marketing, CRM Communications, Donor Relations, Data Services, and external personnel.
    • Ensure end user satisfaction and work with users to recommend marketing solutions and enhancements.
    • Establish analytical reporting processes for both Productivity Management and Asset Management.
    • Oversee the Manager, Audience Data Segmentation and team responsible for all audience segmentations for donor, marketing, and ministry campaign efforts.
    • Manage the use of SSMS and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud for data segmentation, designing development plans for team members to attain competency in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud within agreed-upon timelines.
    • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager.

    • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a mandatory requirement for this position.

    • Experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a critical requirement for this role.

    • The candidate should have considerable expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.

    • Strong leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for leading a team.
