We are offering a part-time contract to permanent employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our manufacturing team in COLMAR, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for handling HR-related tasks, ensuring seamless onboarding procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient processing of HR-related activities, including background checks and auditing
• Accurately manage and update employee records
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving HR-related inquiries
• Handle the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Utilize HRMS and other relevant software like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for HR-related tasks
• Perform other administrative duties as required, demonstrating proficiency in Office, UKG, SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, an essential tool for managing financial aspects in HR.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, a comprehensive human capital management solution.
• Familiarity with Ceridian, a global human capital management software company.
• Proficient in HRMS (Human Resource Management System), a necessary tool for managing people, policies, and procedures.
• Experience with About Time, a platform for workforce management.
• Strong auditing skills, crucial for ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR processes.
• Proven experience in conducting background checks, an essential part of the recruitment process.
• Demonstrated knowledge in managing benefit functions, important for employee satisfaction and retention.
