    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated Executive Assistant in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. This role is integral to the efficient running of our operations, requiring the ability to manage confidential information, make decisions, and communicate effectively. The Executive Assistant will be a vital link between our senior executives and other stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as the main liaison between executives and internal/external parties
    • Manage intricate calendars, prioritizing appointments to optimize executive time
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and booking rooms or virtual platforms
    • Arrange domestic and international travel, handle related expenses, and manage related documentation
    • Draft, proofread, and manage detail oriented correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records ensuring confidentiality
    • Monitor and track high-priority tasks, facilitating timely completion and communication
    • Plan and organize team events, off-sites, and executive leadership meetings
    • Prepare materials for meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items for follow-up
    • Proactively anticipate executive needs and implement solutions to address challenges
    • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
    • Support corporate initiatives by aligning daily operations with organizational goals and policies.
    • Proficiency in Concur is essential for expense management
    • Experience with CRM systems to manage customer relationships and interactions
    • Skilled in Calendar Management to oversee and arrange future engagements
    • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
    • Ability to manage and organize Conference Calls effectively
    • Capable of handling Correspondence in a detail oriented manner
    • Experience in Branch Administration is a plus
    • Ability to handle Confidential Documents with discretion
    • Proven experience in Coordinating Meetings efficiently
    • Must be adept at Coordinating Appointments for various team members
    • Experience in Coordinating Schedules for multiple stakeholders
    • Familiarity with Credentialing Database is desirable
    • Knowledge of Credentialing Processes is advantageous
    • Previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator is beneficial
