We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, Texas. In this role, you will be charged with the responsibility of providing comprehensive financial support to our organization, which includes tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a detailed analysis of financial statements, business performance, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring to highlight actual vs budget/forecast variances.
• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads for the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to predict future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, taking the initiative to highlight areas of concern.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for new business initiatives, capital expenditures, and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate and prioritize strategic projects with a keen eye for detail.
• Streamline financial processes, enhancing accuracy, and improving the efficiency of reporting systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and business leaders to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership, effectively communicating financial insights and recommendations.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in financial analysis or similar role.
• Proficient in financial modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Ad Hoc Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on details.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.
