As a Brand Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and developing the future vision and strategy of our brands, providing insights for marketing efforts, and collaborating on major marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the future vision and strategy for our brands, focusing on growth and portfolio management.
• Collaborate on all major marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Provide insights for marketing efforts to sell our products, including conducting market research, running focus group discussions, and generating income insights.
• Play a key role in new store openings, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of these initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments, providing input for new product launches and improvements.
• Monitor the performance of our brands, conducting financial management and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Engage with consumers to generate excitement for new products and offerings.
• Understand and apply knowledge of restaurant management in the development and execution of brand strategies.
• Proven experience in Brand Management within the Restaurant or Food & Beverage industry
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Ability to generate and utilize Consumer Insights to drive brand strategy
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent leadership skills with a history of leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in using brand management software and tools
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop new strategies for brand growth
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
