Responsibilities:
• Efficiently managing relationships with technology vendors
• Handling negotiations with suppliers, emphasizing on contracts related to SaaS/Cloud software and outsourced service engagements
• Maintaining accurate vendor files to facilitate smooth operations
• Leading the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for large technology deals
• Establishing and implementing a robust strategic sourcing and vendor risk management framework across the enterprise
• Monitoring supplier agreements and performance, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Developing a team and fostering a cost-conscious culture within the organization
• Effectively managing the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted service
• Conducting strategic source activities to identify potential suppliers and vendors
• Influencing a total spend of $100M+ through effective vendor management
• Negotiating contracts with a focus on long-term value and cost-benefit analysis
