    We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an Executive Assistant, you will be performing a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers. This role is in the finance industry and will involve working in an office setting.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide comprehensive support to the Founder and other top executives including CEO, COO, and President, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.
    • Ensure smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, organizing files, and maintaining the cleanliness of the office and kitchen.
    • Handle mail and shipping duties such as receiving and sorting mail and preparing packages for shipment.
    • Welcome and manage visitors, ensuring their visits are organized and well-coordinated.
    • Prepare for meetings by setting up the required equipment and materials, researching and gathering data for documents, and ordering lunch when necessary.
    • Aid in accounting processes by preparing AR invoices, supporting AP and AR processes, making deposits, and categorizing corporate card expenses.
    • Draft emails, letters, and other documents as needed while also updating the contact database with current information.
    • Resolve technology issues for Managing Partners, which includes managing email inbox and archiving.
    • Assist with the employee onboarding process and handle enrollment needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as requested.
    • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is crucial for accurate financial management and reporting.
    • Must have experience with Cisco Webex Meetings to effectively coordinate and participate in virtual meetings.
    • Familiarity with Concur is required for efficient management of travel and expenses.
    • Proficiency in CRM is needed for maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Experience with the Kronos Timekeeping System is necessary for accurate employee time tracking.
    • Knowledge of About Time is important for efficient project management and workforce monitoring.
    • Strong skills in Calendar Management are essential for scheduling and organizing daily tasks and meetings.
    • Must possess excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Experience with Conference Calls is required for smooth and efficient virtual communication.
    • Should have the ability to manage Correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner.
