Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage month-end and year-end close
- Reconcile balance sheet
- Prepare and analyze budget to actual variance reports
- Support external audit requirements and assist with audit schedules and requests
- Assist with tax compliance and preparation
- Ad-hoc analyses as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA a plus
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with month-end/year-end close processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
